ICS is privately-held and headquartered in the Philadelphia metro.
Bill Ciemny, President and CEO
Bill Ciemny assumed leadership of ICS in 2016 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. Bill brings over thirty years of IT experience to the position and is eager to continue the success of the company.
Bill comes to ICS from IBM where he held a variety of executive roles in his 22-year tenure including Vice President of the Enterprise Application Consulting, Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing, Supply Chain Management and Managing Director, IBM Switzerland.
Prior to IBM, Bill was Group Vice President, Global Services Unit for Siemens Medical, Health Services Division and was a Director of Consulting for SAP America, where he helped lead the early growth of the company.
Anthony K. Maffei, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Anthony Maffei joined ICS in 2003 to manage the tremendous growth the company was experiencing. Today, Tony works closely with leaders at the Fortune 500 clients ICS supports to understand the technical & talent requirements as well as the client’s culture and climate to ensure candidates are a strong fit.
Prior to working at ICS, Tony was a consultant at Bluestone Consulting and U1.net where he also had sales and marketing responsibilities.
Simon J. Samaha, MD, Healthcare Practice Leader
Simon is a veteran healthcare executive and entrepreneur. He started his career as a Hospitalist, launching one of the first commercial models. He has served in various executive positions including CIO, CMO, and CEO. His career has spanned for profits as well as not for profits. Simon has also worked as a Partner with PwC Strategy (US).
Simon leads Kentan Staffing Solutions, the healthcare division of ICS, working closely with Bill and the rest of the management team. He plays a key role in defining the client needs and is personally involved in reviewing every clinical SME.
Simon holds an MD from St Joseph University (Beirut Lebanon), an MSIS from Drexel and an MBA from NYU. He enjoys coaching and lecturing at prestigious MBA schools and Golf.
Kevin Webb, Vice President of Finance and Recruiting Operations
Kevin Webb joined ICS in the summer of 2018 to streamline and build out the back-office process for ICS. Specifically, Kevin leads the Finance and Recruiting operations to enable the growth and continued financial well-being of the company.
Kevin comes to ICS with a background in Corporate and Public Accounting. In his last stop he managed Finance and Administration for an international executive search firm. Kevin enjoys the challenge of early and growth stage companies. He also has small business ownership and acquisition experience.
Kyle Daly, Director of Sales
Kyle Daly joined the ICS Team as Director of Sales in December 2018 and is responsible for expanding new relationships and developing strategic partnerships. Kyle brings over twenty years of successful experience in IT Consulting, Staffing and Software Sales.
Kyle began his career with IBM as a SAP Consultant and has extended his experience into roles such as Strategic Account Executive, Software Client Leader and Key Accounts Management. His passion and experience continues to help organizations meet and exceed their strategic goals and overcome the daily challenges faced within the Information Technology space.
Kyle is consistently recognized by customers for his ability to build strong relationships as a trusted adviser by utilizing his extensive experience and commitment to ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
